Nataliia Trenina, at the invitation of Complex Training Centre, conducted training for service members of the 68th Battalion of the 101st Territorial Defence Brigade in the area: “After Action Review”.
This course focuses on studying and implementing experience through review after action. As an approach to self-reflection and problem solving, AAR regularly helps to:
- preserve and strengthen strengths,
- identify and improve weaknesses,
- preserve learned army lessons,
- use them in future operations.
After Action Review is a key improvement tool integrated into the system of U.S. and NATO standards.
Trainees learned methods of analysis that will help improve individual and collective effectiveness through immediate high-quality feedback and a joint search for ways to improve.
